Making Herbal Truffles
Wednesday, March 6th 6:30—8:00 pm
Learning herbalism can be a delicious adventure! In this hands on class we'll make truffles for using herbs. Allergy friendly but no less delicious: gluten/dairy free/vegan. There will be two herbs available and participants will go home with two of each flavor, as well as a print out of the recipes so you can easily re-create them at home, along with suggestions of other herb combinations to try. Who says chocolate can’t be healthy?
Take this class with a friend, daughter or son, it is fun to connect over food! All class supplies included. Tickets are $35. Register
Class instructor Diana Law is a PNW herbalist who loves plants and teaching others to love them too, in inspiring and delicious ways.
March Full Moon Intuitive Circle
Date TBD 6:00—8:30 pm
These monthly gatherings are a wonderful (and fun!) way to cultivate a stronger relationship with your intuition. Capitalizing on the power of the full moon, gather in circle with Caitlin Jarvis of Modern Day Medicine Woman and other inspiring women to tap into this energy and your intuition to guide you over the next month or year. Activities include visualization, meditation, herbal remedies, oracle cards, and a little coaching thrown in for good measure. Bring a notebook or journal, pen, and your curiosity. February is the Full Snow Moon.
Inner Healer: Conquering Colds
Tuesday, February 26th 6:30—8:30 pm
Not too long ago, families, mothers and grandmothers had a working knowledge
of how to prevent and treat common illnesses. In this fun, hands on class,
awaken your inner healer and explore reclaiming your role as the first line of
defense against common illnesses. You will leave with tools, confidence and
practical remedies for you and your loved ones.
This class will focus on viral cold prevention & remedies, because they often
strike at season changes like winter to spring. We will work in community with
4-5 accessible herbs that can be found in your spice drawer, garden and
grocery store. Herbs that are highly underestimated for their antiviral power.
Tickets are $40 ($35 + $5 supply fee). Register
